Perfect beach, spacious rooms, wonderful staff.

A simple breakdown of my vacays

Right on a fine beach, the garden's lushness provides an inviting atmosphere. Breakfast is a standout, especially the freshly made omelettes. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The pool offers relaxation, though it feels slightly outdated. Initiatives like aqua aerobics made our mornings fun. Definitely a relaxing spot.

Unexpected fun with attentive staff

The staff were pretty good. The private pool in our villa was a lovely touch too.

I have stayed here before, it's still a romantic hotel. The venue was clean with a unique design. The breakfast was incredible for the western food, and the staff were fantastic friendly.

The design of the hotel, feels like being in the desert! The service is very good, especially the restaurant manager who spoke to me at the bar for about one hour in the evening The staff knew that we were French and used many French words The beach set up is beautiful

I cannot say I did not like the food but a choice of healthier food should be proposed

The beautiful woodwork and tropical landscaping, perfect for a leisurely stroll. It's wonderfully accessible for seniors, with smooth pathways and easy access to dining and relaxation areas.

More shaded seating areas would be nice.

the hotel was fairly clean, facilities were excellent, beautiful and excellent location close enough to a clinic in kuta which was much better as well as lombok.

Beautiful location

Restaurants. Foods are not so good and a little bit over priced. It is a bit remote to find alternative places to dine.

The beach area is relaxing, and the kids loved the playground. Room cleanliness needs some improvement. We found hair in the bathroom. Great snorkeling options nearby. Food at the restaurant was decent, but a bit overpriced.

The location of the Novotel hotel was fabulous, especially with the opening of the new airport. It was convenient and really quick to get to. We loved the Novotel, as we always do. I will definitely be back - Lombok is one of my new favorite destinations. I live in Semarang and will make Lombok my getaway vacation rather than the over-rated Bali.

Everything was great.

Only the facilities and nearness to beach and the view makes it memorable. SECURITY IS TOPS.

Restaurant do not provide proper halal and non halal kitchen,utensils etc. how can muslim guests feel at ease? We dare not recommend your hotel to our muslim relatives and friends. RESTAURANT STAFFS IS ONE OF THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN IN TERMS OF EFFICIENCY, FROM A FIVE STAR HOTEL. YOU HAVE VERY LAID BACK FRONT OFFICE STAFFS, VERY PRONE TO DOUBLE BILLING, IF GUESTS ARE NOT CAREFUL, WILL END UP PAYING DOUBLE FOR EVERYTHING.

I loved that I could easily stroll to fine Mandalika Beach, just a few minutes away, and experience the amazing views from Merese Hills at sunset.

Superior double room is air conditioned, has a good size bathroom. The staff is caring, makes sure that the place is clean. All in all they offer excellent service. Moreover it has great wifi to surf the net etc.
